All guests of the Kite Tails home are entitled to use of 2 Season Passes to the Ocean Shore Golf Course., only 15 miles south of Seabrook. Make your tee times through the Seabrook Cottage Rental Office. Come relax in this beautiful, fully equipped park house at Seabrook! Kite Tails and Sand Pails is the perfect destination for a family gathering, or a group of friends. This park house is located directly on the North Alder Park, and is a short walk from the beach and also Crescent Park. This home is a spacious two bedroom, two and a half bath and sleeps 6 people, add the carriage house to sleep a total of ten! Upon entry of the home you`ll be spoiled by wood floors, high ceilings, luxury furnishings, beautiful decor, and much more. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the culinary equipment to make your favorite meal! There are kid`s dishes as well as luxurious dishes, including wine glasses of course! For your convienence, there is a half bath located directly down the hall from the kitchen. The dining room has seating for six guests. Walk into the living room and enjoy the comfortable Sofa while watching your show on the big screen HDTV. Or, use the high speed wireless internet and surf the web. This comfy sofa will pull out into a queen sized sofa sleeper! The living room has a view out to the North Alder Park. The park offers a community BBQ area with complimentary wood, and hosts as a great place to roast marshmallows, or watch the stars! Upstairs to the left is the master bedroom. This bedroom has a cozy king sized bed, with a view of the Alder Park. The bathroom is spacious with a full tub & shower. Kite Tails & Sand Pails is a close walk to the Elk Creek Beach Promenade, which connects with the Elk Creek Trail! You can take this trail to the beach and you`ll be there in about five minutes! You can take the Alder Walk to Crescent Park, and be there in less than two minutes!! Crescent park hosts a swingset, volleyball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, badmitton, teatherball, and two community firepits with wood provided.
